Leveraging off the chequered planning history of the site and working in collaboration with the Local Authority, a detailed planning consent was obtained for 108 premium quality apartments with zero affordable housing provision, a 3-screen boutique cinema that was pre-let to Everyman Cinemas, 9 retail units, 4 restaurant units and a medical centre.

Strong developer-operator demand was identified for a rental based retirement development that led to the site being sold with the benefit of a detailed planning consent to specialist retirement living developer-operator, Elysian Residences.
