Neil Ramage

As a qualified Chartered Accountant, Neil is responsible for Urban Vision’s finances and is closely involved in the management of its third-party capital.  In a career spanning 30 years, Neil has extensive experience working in the real estate sector, most notably as Finance Director at Castlemore and as founding partner of Blenheim Partners Chartered Accountants where he has acted on behalf of HNWI’s and Family Offices with extensive exposure to the real estate market.

Neil has considerable expertise in the tax efficient planning of development projects and investments within the commercial and residential property sectors.  With his hands on experience, Neil understands both the day-to-day demands, long-term objectives and governance and regulatory requirements of real estate.

Neil is an ICAEW regulated Chartered Accountant.
