The Hundred
Birmingham
This 1990’s office building has been acquired for residential redevelopment.
The Hundred will provide 294 apartments and 1,400 sqm of amenity provision that will include a co-working suite, lounges, private dining, gym, multi-functional rooms, screening and E-Gaming room, gardens and cycle hub. In addition, over 560 sqm of Class E space with external seating areas will be available on the ground floor for businesses that will help to animate the building at street level. The proposals have recently secured detailed planning consent.
The Hundred represents an extraordinary opportunity to create a building of exceptional quality and finesse in an area of the city seeing significant change. Our objective is to design a sustainable and socially conscious residential led mixed-use building with active frontage onto Broad Street and that provides a striking yet sympathetic contribution to the ever changing skyline of the city.
Our brief requires a high quality amenity offer that will create and sustain a healthy and socially connected community, whilst providing the building with the flexibility to evolve and adapt over time. The objective is to make living at The Hundred a lifestyle choice based on a sense of inclusion and belonging.
Birmingham continues to lead the way as a growth city attracting business, innovation and regeneration. We welcome the opportunity and the challenge to contribute towards this growth by delivering The Hundred, an exemplar residential development.
