This farmland was acquired in joint venture with a UK Fund.

Elmsbrook forms part of the proposed urban extension to Bicester, an important commuter town that serves London and Oxford and falls within the Oxbridge Growth Corridor where significant inward investment is being made.

The masterplan for Elmsbrook and the wider northwest urban extension to Bicester remains in the early stages of delivery.  It proposes over 6,000 zero carbon homes and associated infrastructure and community uses.  Working in partnership with the lead promoter, A2Dominion, a resolution to grant planning consent for the delivery of up to 195 zero carbon homes, including 30% affordable provision, was secured for Elmsbrook as one of the first phases of the masterplan.

In accordance with our land trading business plan, the site was subsequently sold to a private residential investor.
