The development management of Programme, this landmark office building located in the heart of Bristol, was delivered on behalf of a UK Fund.

Bristol is a buzzing city that has established itself as a key location for creative media and tech companies wishing to locate outside of London and tap into a strong local talent pool.  The vision for Programme was the repurposing of this partially vacant building, providing architecturally designed space that is otherwise unavailable in the local market.

Programme was refurbished in three phases, providing 120,000 sq. ft of new open plan contemporary office space to reflect the demands of the target market of creative media and tech companies.  This was complemented by 60,000 sq. ft of retail and leisure space that helps to animate the building.

Within the offices is a new dual reception and cafe area providing space for occupiers to collaborate, along with other amenities such as a bike storage hub with changing and shower facilities.  The former forecourt/parking area was transformed to provide a landscaped podium recreation area for occupiers.
